Balance Essentials Level 1 - ORDER NOW!
This level is designed for people who have been active, though not necessarily athletic, most their lives and who are beginning to be concerned about the balance changes they are experiencing.  It is not necessary to be athletic or to have participated in other exercise classes to be successful with these movements. Movements start with a warm-up empathizing safe walking techniques. Seated core strengthening is followed by a series of standing balance movements. Seated upper body strengthening and flexibility movements complete the session. Balance Essentials Level 1 features movements useful for active people who are living independently. It is ideal for individual at-home use and for group exercise classes.

Balance Challenge Level 2 - ORDER NOW!
These movements are more challenging than Balance Essentials Level 1. They are best suited for people who have been athletic in their lives, who are exercising regularly, or who want a greater balance challenge. The session begins with eye focus/walking practice followed by a challenging seated core and sit-to-stand quadriceps strengthening routine. Standing movements include static/moving balance and upper body strengthening. Standing and seated stretches end the session. Balance Challenge Level 2 is an excellent choice for a person wanting to exercise at home or for a group that has been exercising regularly and is ready for a new challenge.

For People With Mobility Limitations - ORDER NOW!
This group of movements is a good choice for people whose mobility has become an issue because of a medical condition, memory impairment, or vision changes. With regular practice, improvements in mobility can be made even if some loss has already occurred. For People With Mobility Limitations also works well in an Adult Daycare or Assisted Living group setting. It is suggested that a caregiver, relative or friend practice these movements alongside as a way of offering encouragement and for assistance, if needed.
